We are delighted to introduce a new member of our transparent pianos family: Translucid Upright. Never has the upright instrument presented such exciting possibilities! The new acrylic panels have inclusions of petals, gold and silver particles as well as grass that give depth and drama to their perfect transparency. As all technologies evolve forward the beauty of acrylic enters a new stage: custom inclusion and color graduations that truly deliver it to the realm of jewel-like creations. And that is how we adorn our Translucid Upright. The top and bottom acrylic panels reveal the intricacy of stringing, German piano action and solid spruce soundboard. But you get to be the designer choosing from available veneer finish, optional stencil image for the side of the instrument and, most excitingly – the kind of inclusion panel you wish your Translucid Upright to possess. As with all Translucid pianos only the best materials are used by Bluthner’s artisans at our fabled German factory.
